In nature, a root is the part of a plant that keeps it anchored into the ground and provides the plant with nutrients from the soil. Roots are not just limited to plants – as people, we all have roots.

Roots are where we grew up, where we came from, where we built connections and relationships to last a lifetime. Your roots could be anything; a location, a town, a house, a school, a person, or even a group of people. Your roots are where you grew and developed into the person you are today.

As you continue down the winding road of life, it is important to always remember and come back to your roots. Success has a way of fueling a feeling of self-importance. Your roots keep you grounded. They remind you of the price you paid to get to where you are. Your roots keep you humble, bringing you back to the times when all you had was a dream and work ethic.

Life is a journey. Return to your roots, remember who you were and where you came from.

Never ever forget where you come from. Or where you’ve been.

Great blog; something Chris and talked about just the other day. We talked about honoring “Roots” with verbal support as well as promoting those who helped define and establish
    your “Roots”

There is no person we welcome back any more than Chris Hall; one who learned to give back @ an early age in life.
